This office is designated by federal law as a "debt relief agency" pursuant to Title 11 of the US Code of 20,2005. I proudly file bankruptcy cases for the the citizens of Massachusetts and have been doing so for more than twenty-two years.

• divorce and related issues of custody, visitation, support and modification
• the interrelationship of divorce and bankruptcy
